Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply from November 2018. NV-Holders Denmark is owned by the Danish company Growthor Media IVS.

Return: You may return your order within 14 days. You will get a refund of the purchase fee including initial shipping costs. However, the shipping costs of returning the order will be on you. After informing NV-holders about a return you have 14 days to dispatch your parcel. See information about the condition of the item.

Item condition: You may try on the product, as you would in a physical store. You are liable for any deterioration or damage of the item(s). To receive a full refund the item(s) must be in its original condition and wrapping. If the item(s) is not in its original condition, you will receive a percentage of the payment based on the commercial value.

NV-Holders reserves the right to make price changes and accepts no liability for any printing errors or pricing errors. All prices listed are including VAT.


We strive to deliver products to our customers within 1-5 business days. NV-Holders Denmark, However, makes reservations for sold and delayed items.

We pack and dispatch all parcels within 24 hours of receiving an order.
The majority of our deliveries are shipped by with PostDanmark.

Shipping in Denmark:

Order within Denmark should arrive 1-5 business days after dispatching your order and will contain products corresponding what you have ordered.

If your parcel is shipped by Quickbrev you should receive it the day after it has been dispatched, however, it may take up to two days.

We dispatch your parcel on the same day if you have placed your order before 1 p.m.

Shipping internationally:
NV-Holders Denmark ships you parcels anywhere on the globe.

International orders should arrive 7-15 days after an order has been dispatched.

NV-Holders will not be held accountable for any import duties, taxes or fees that may occur.


At NV-Holders Denmark, we offer our costumers to shop using Quickpay which supports the following card-types: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Paypal, Dankort & Maestro.


All items remain the property of Growthor Media IVS until payment is fully completed. All costs related to the enforcement of the retention of title are the responsibility of the customer.


You have a 14 days right of cancellation starting from the date you receive the items. The right of cancellation is eligible only if the items are in their original condition and wrapping. If you wish to return the item(s) you cover the expenses for return postage. You may also cancel the order by refusing to receive the parcel.

When purchasing stock items or items on sale there is no right of cancellation or option to switch for another item.


In accordance with the Sales of Goods Act there is a right of complaint for 24 months for all items. However, it is a prerequisite that defects have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must make a complaint within a reasonable time, that is, within two months after you have found the defect. In case of a justified complaint, we will pay the costs and replace the product.


Growthor Media IVS is liable for handling the personal information provided by our customers. We treat all customer's personal information strictly confidential. The information is stored for up to 5 years according to the law. We keep in line with the Data Protection Act, which means that you have the right to gain insight into the information we have stored about you as a customer, at all times. Personal information is stored encrypted. You can get access to your information by sending an email to our customer service (info@nv-holders.dk). It is only people who are affiliated with Growthor Media IVS who have access to this data (your orders and which addresses you have ordered items to).

All purchase agreements of this webshop are concluded in accordance with Danish legislation. Any dispute over purchases via NV-Holders Denmark and/or about these terms and conditions must be brought before the district court in Copenhagen.

Delivery Guarantee - NV-Holders Denmark

We strive to deliver your order within the promised time frame. Should your order (against expectation) be delayed more than 3 business days, you are eligible for a gift certificate worth 20% of the order value (max. 100 DKK). The delivery time of an order is the delivery time of the product that takes the longest time to obtain, and is counted from the first business day since your order is placed. This only applies to products with a delivery time of no more than 10 business days.

A delivery time of 1-5 business days means that we have promised you that an order placed on a Wednesday will be with you no later than the following Wednesday. Should you not have received the package on the following Monday you are eligible for a gift card.

The fine print

When am I not eligible for a gift card?

When vi cannot obtain the item
Occasionally,  products that we think we can obtain, turn out to be sold out or missing from our suppliers. If we cannot obtain a given product, we will remove it from your order. We do this, so that we can ship you the rest of your order. I that case you will be notified by e-mail and we will not ship the remaining order(s) until we have your accept. If this is the case (and the remaining order(s) reaches you on time) we will not compensate you with a gift card.

If you have entered a wrong address
If your have entered an address that is not your and the parcel does not reach you because of this we will not compensate you with a gift card.

Other reasons
The delivery time must not be unknown and must be stated with a fixed number of working days after the order is complete.

How will I receive the gift card?

The gift card will be sent to you by e-mail. However, you must contact us to claim the gift card. 

What can I spend the gift card on?

The gift card can be spent on buying products from NV-Holders Denmark.
The gift card may not be spent as payment for the delayed order.
